Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Prime Potential Volleyball website and your participation, or your athlete’s participation, in our programs. By using this site, submitting a registration or interest form, or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Prime Potential Volleyball is a youth volleyball academy operating in Ontario, Canada. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Prime Potential Volleyball.

Registration and enrolment

Registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian for athletes under the age of majority. Submitting a registration or interest form does not by itself guarantee a place in a program. Places are confirmed by us in writing, and are subject to availability, appropriate age and skill grouping, and payment where applicable.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will notify us promptly of any change — particularly to medical, emergency contact or contact details.

Program delivery and changes

We aim to deliver every program as described. However, we reserve the right to:

• adjust session dates, times, duration or venue;
• change coaching staff;
• adjust groupings so that athletes are appropriately challenged and supported;
• combine, postpone or cancel a program where enrolment is insufficient or where circumstances outside our control require it.

Where we cancel a program outright, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. We will communicate changes to registered families as early as we reasonably can.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules and deadlines are communicated before registration is finalised. Places may be released if payment is not received by the stated deadline. Fees do not include equipment, travel, or costs charged by third parties unless expressly stated.

Conduct

Participation is conditional on adherence to our Athlete Code of Conduct and our Parent & Spectator Code of Conduct. We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, discrimination or intimidation, and we may suspend or remove any participant or spectator whose conduct compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.

Health, safety and assumption of risk

Volleyball is a physical sport that carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling an athlete you acknowledge those risks. Please review our Liability Waiver, Medical & Emergency Consent and Concussion & Injury Protocol.

Photography and video

Sessions may be filmed for coaching and athlete development. Some images or footage may also be used promotionally. Your choices are set out in our Photo & Video Consent.

Use of this website

This website is provided for information about our programs. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated means to extract data from it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Prime Potential Volleyball name, crest, wordmark, and the marks Prime Athlete Passport™, Prime Rep Ready Pathway™ and Rep Ready™ — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Third-party links

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site or participation in our programs constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
